CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. (“CEMEX”) (NYSE: CX) today informed the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores) that CEMEX’s cement plant in the state of Puebla, Mexico, is open and operating as normal, servicing its clients and without any interruption to the construction of a new kiln and mill at the plant.
