| CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. (“CEMEX”) (NYSE: CX) today informed the Mexican Stock Exchange that, CEMEX Asian South East Corporation (“CASEC”), an indirect subsidiary of CEMEX, has increased its interest in CEMEX Holding Philippines, Inc. (“CHP”), an indirect subsidiary of CEMEX that is publicly listed in the Philippines Stock Exchange, from 66.78% to 75.66%, as a result of CASEC’s participation in a stock rights offering carried out by CHP. |
