On August 2, 2019, CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. (“CEMEX”) (NYSE: CX) informed the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores) that Ignacio Madridejos Fernández, current President of CEMEX USA, has decided to leave CEMEX, effective as of September 1, 2019. Mr. Madridejos Fernández’ replacement will be named in the upcoming days.
