On February 14, 2018, CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. (“CEMEX”) (NYSE: CX) informed the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores) that it informed the Irish Stock Exchange that it has issued a notice of redemption with respect to its 7.250% Senior Secured Notes due 2021 (the “Notes”). The Notes will be redeemed in full on March 15, 2018.
